Roadside Assistance technician duties include:

• Utilize GPS and maps to locate customer breakdown locations
• Safely drive your own or company vehicle to customer in 30 minutes or less
• Service vehicles by performing functions such as providing fuel, testing and replacing batteries, performing jumpstarts, providing lockout service and changing/inflating flat tires
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
• Provide support at overnight events including clubs, sporting events, concerts, etc. (for overnight shift workers only)

Compensation & Benefits:

• 1099- Contractors, paid weekly $800-$1500
• Overtime earning potential
• Flexible scheduling full-time 4 days a week 10 hours shifts

Required Qualifications:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent AND a valid driver’s license
• Are 21 years of age or older
• Possess a valid state driver’s license with minimal driving infractions / incidents.
• Must have own vehicle, up-to-date insurance and registration
• Must have own equipment for work: 2-gallon gas can, Lock-out kit, 2-3 ton jack, jump box
• Must have a smartphone and have experience using an iPhone/Android to make calls, use gps, search internet, and text.
• Exhibit strong customer service skills, including ability to effectively communicate to customers and understand the need for meeting & exceeding customer expectations
• Have a clean and neat appearance, must ALWAYS be presentable. We do NOT want to scare our customers.
• Have the ability to lift materials weighing up to seventy-five (75) pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Possess experience servicing vehicles such as providing fuel, testing and replacing batteries, performing jumpstarts, providing lockout service, and changing / inflating flat tires
• Have prior roadside service or mechanic experience
